1960- a pivotal year in the history of modern jazz.
We take our name from John Coltrane's tune recorded in 1960 with his classic quartet.
The music that we play at our gigs includes the work of Monk & Bird, Sonny Rollins, Wayne Shorter, & Herbie Hancock. Plus many less well known jazz composers such Mal Waldron, Benny Golson, Tadd Dameron.
